CAREER TRAJECTORY REPORT

Over 70% of our graduates are job seekers. Plain & simple, students come to Lighthouse Labs as an accelerated pathway to successful employment. This has led to Career Services and employment being a core part of what we do - helping students get a job isn't a nice to have, it is a necessity. Today, we are thrilled to release The Lighthouse Labs Career Trajectory Report.

Some of the key findings include:

  • Employment as developers: 81% of graduates who responded to our survey still work as developers and over 93% of graduates work in technical roles that require coding knowledge.
  • Seniority level: 91% of graduates who are employed as developers occupy either Intermediate or Senior roles
  • Average developer salary 3+ years after Bootcamp graduation: $85,240

SUPPORTED IN YOUR CAREER

In week five, you'll meet with the Career Services team to lay out your career goals and plan of attack. We will work closely with you to sharpen your resumé, hone your interview skills, and then send you off to battle. We'll put you face to face with potential employers at events like Speed-Interviewing and Employer Demo Day. You'll learn to network like a pro at the copious meetups hosted in our space and become part of incredible developer community, Devhub.
