As the Career Services Advisor, you’ll be out and about in our Vancouver’s amazing tech community in order to meet new employers and ensure they know how Lighthouse Labs can help fill the talent gap. You’ll work directly with our employers, often acting as an HR consultant to understand their needs and connect them with the most suitable students both one on one and at the Employer Events you’ll organize! Supported by our Career Services Coordinator you will get to know our students and alumni provide your industry insight and knowledge as they prep for the job search.
