Cyber Security Bootcamp is an intensive 12-week program designed to kick-start your cyber security career. Intensive and immersive, this bootcamp takes a hybrid virtual approach, mixing live online classrooms and self-guided learning. Following an introductory self-study prep, students dive into modules on server administration, network security, threat modelling and analysis, incident response and more.

Upon completion, students receive a diploma and are connected with employers to break into the booming cyber security industry, which boasts the lowest unemployment rates in the country and across the globe.

What you will learn:

Cyber Security Bootcamp provides you with the industry-aligned curriculum, mentorship and learning environment that focus on practical, hands-on skills needed to launch a cyber security career. The curriculum (modelled closely with the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education Cybersecurity Workforce Framework) also prepares you for industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, GSEC and others.

Network and application security Network and Application Security

The fundamentals of network and application security will be some of the most important tools in your cyber security skillset. You’ll learn to recognize, intercept, and block malicious actors from infiltrating an organization’s secure networks.

Admissions Process.

    Apply online

    Complete our online application, where you'll introduce yourself and give us an overview of your background. This includes your education, coding experience, plus your superpower (you know, the important details that will help us get to know you).

    Interview

    You can book in for your group interview during the application process; otherwise, you will receive a link to book it later via email. We want to meet you, get to know you better and talk all about bootcamp. This is also your opportunity to ask us anything and potentially meet some of your future classmates!

    Logic and Technical Assessments

    After the group interview, successful candidates will receive study materials to prepare for our logic and technical assessments. You do not need to have prior experience in cyber security, coding or other tech fields to perform well on these tests, and we will provide you with all the resources you need to successfully complete them! These are both multiple-choice and done online on your own time within a 2-week period of your group interview. Once these assessments are complete, students can be accepted into the program.

    Prep Modules

    The 10-40 hours you'll spend on the Prep Modules will introduce the basic technologies you'll use throughout Bootcamp. You're required to complete the Prep Modules in the weeks leading up to your first day on campus. Ask admissions for more information.

Key Dates.

Once you are accepted into a cohort, your place in the program will only be reserved once we have received your deposit. Deposits can be paid by credit card, and we are able to accept wire transfers for the remainder of your tuition. Your tuition is due 2 weeks before your start date.

  • When to Apply


    6-10 weeks before your intended start date.

    For bootcamp, we recommend you apply 6-10 weeks before your desired start date as our cohorts start on a rolling basis. The more time you have for prep and stretch goals, the better!

  • Bootcamp


    Length: 12 weeks

    The mandatory 10-40hr prep modules must be completed at least one week before the start of Bootcamp.

    Final Week
